Mark is an exceptional realtor you can trust. He’s always just a phone call or text away, ready to answer any questions you have. His knowledge of the market is outstanding, and he takes the time to explain each step of the process. Mark not only does his job flawlessly but also ensures everyone else, including the buyers, stays on track.What truly sets him apart is his dedication to his clients, even after the sale. For example, when our stove broke, Mark helped us navigate the home warranty to get it fixed. If we ever need to buy again, Mark will undoubtedly be our go-to realtor.

Mark is the type of person that treats everyone like family. When I first purchased my home in 2018, Mark was the guy that I worked with and so I only saw it fitting to call him when it was time to sell my home. From the very beginning of the process, I could tell Mark truly cared about my expectations and goals for my family. He communicated clearly, was available throughout the day, and was always quick to get back to me.When we ran into issues with the buyer, Mark was on top of it all and made sure that our concerns and interests were heard. I heard from a lot of people how difficult selling a house can be but Mark made it seem so easy and made it as stress-free as possible. I knew from the beginning that I was going to be taken care of.

Mark did a great job from start to finish. He was always available to answer questions and made the process of finding a home to closing on the home seem less. I recommend him highly.

I had the pleasure to work with Mark on buying my primary residence in San Diego. Although, most of the time I was not physically present, Mark handled everything smoothly. He was responding quickly to any of my queries, working with Seller's agent to have the questions answered, scheduled inspection, and his team supported nicely to meet the deadlines. Even after closing he is helping me with all the repair quotes, providing house access to the estimators and willing to go above and beyond.I would recommend Mark certainly, and willing to work with him in future.

I moved from San Diego, CA to Charleston, SC for work and had to sell a condo I owned in downtown SD. I don't have to tell anyone how stressful the process of selling a home can be, even when you live in the city where you're selling, but imagine how much worse it could be from 2,500 miles away and with a 3-hour time difference. Mark took ALL the stress out of the (long distance) sale of the condo with his knowledge, expertise, constant communications, and his awesome personality and attitude. He is extremely knowledgeable of the entire SD market, whether it's downtown or out in one of the many suburbs. He priced the condo based on his many years of experience, along with what the current market trends were at the time, knowing full well the tight timeframe I had given him. He stood by his decision after several discussions, even though I didn't believe it would sell for that much, and within the timeframe I had requested. Within days of it being put on the market we had multiple offers. After we accepted one of the offers (over asking price), he made sure the process ran smoothly with daily communications about where we were in the process, what the next steps were, and he always had a schedule or timeframe for each step of the way. All I had to do was follow his daily directions, fill out and submit the paperwork provided, and before I knew it, we had closed. The constant communication was key, he happily accepted my early morning calls, texts and emails and always responded very quickly. Every time I got nervous or panicked, he always had an answer to my question and the words to calm me down for him to fully explain the situation. He went so far above and beyond, helping me with the current tenant I had, and also helping the tenant with finding other rental listings. The guy is just incredible at what he does! And the team he's assembled, from his transaction coordinator to the escrow team, all were so knowledgeable, extremely professional, very responsive, and they all shared the same tireless work ethic and a very high level of customer service that Mark showed, which is rarely seen these days. It was truly an amazing experience...…and from 2,500 miles across the country!! You would be doing yourself a grave disservice by not calling him to help you with your Real Estate needs.

Mark was referred to us by a several friends who had worked with him previously and we were not disappointed. Mark is a "tell it like it is" type of guy. He's upfront and honest and I greatly appreciated that part of the way he did business. A lot of agents will lie in order to get the listing. Mark was upfront and honest throughout the entire process. He's a very pleasant guy and easy to talk with. I would recommend using him if you want to maximize your profit.
